We are based in county Kildare. The business is run by myself (Val) and my husband Clive. We started with a pet shop in Athy Co. Kildare and then began wholesaling a little. We closed the petshop to concentrate more on the wholesale side of things. The warehouse consists of everything from food to accessories for dog, cat, small animal, fish & bird and is distributed to trade customers all across Ireland. We like to source new products from near and far to offer stores alternatives to the norm. We believe variety is key, so we are constantly adding to our range of products. With experience with both the retail and wholesale side of the pet shop business I believe it gives us a greater understanding of what small businesses are up against.
Of course you cannot really have your heart in a business like this if you are not an animal lover. With 3 dogs and a cat we are kept on our toes.
