- All goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made with cleared funds.
- Returned Cheques will incur a cost of €10.00
- The seller must be informed of any damaged or missing goods within 24 hours of delivery. After this time the seller can accept no liability for damaged goods or shortage on delivery.
- No goods may be returned to the seller without either written consent and advice note stating reason for return and date/number of the sellers invoice for the goods.
- Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the buyer:
- (a) At the time the seller notifies the goods are ready for collection, or
- (b) Where goods are delivered to the buyer, at the date and time of delivery.
- Returned undamaged items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
